The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and
Redressal) Act, 2013 mandates that every employer in whose organization 10 or more
workers are employed at any point of time, has to constitute an Internal Complaints
Committee through an order in writing. Failure to constitute an ICC in the
organization is punishable under the POSH Act. The POSH Act also directs that the
employer shall organize orientation programmes for the members of the ICC.
Xinren India is India’s first education platform that educates colleges, institutions,
universities, corporate houses and industries on workplace sexual harassment. We are
a team of professionals who have realized that key to building strong workplaces that
exude safety and security is through creating awareness. Xinren India’s team is led
by Mrs. Kailash A. Nevagi who has several years of hands-on experience in the field of
law and is currently serving as the external member of ICCs set up at various reputed
organizations.
